Cancel a subscription
Email contact@carnivore-wellness.com with the subject line Cancel. Include the email address you used at checkout. We cancel the subscription and send you written confirmation.
Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not automatically refund a charge you have already been billed for — if you want a refund as well, say so in the same email and we will apply the refund policy.
Cancel any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no phone call required.
Asking about a charge
Our billing descriptor begins with CARNIVOREWELLNESS.COM. If you see a charge you don't recognise, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can look up the order and resolve it faster than the bank can. To help us find it, include:
- The date and amount of the charge
- The last four digits of the card
- The email address used at checkout, if you know it
If the charge turns out not to be yours, we cancel it and refund it. No argument.
