Refund Policy

How our billing works

Our programs are sold as recurring subscriptions. When you enrol, you are charged an initial amount and then charged again automatically at the interval shown on the checkout page, until you cancel. The exact price and interval are stated on the checkout page before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Email contact@carnivore-wellness.com with the subject line Cancel and the email address you used at checkout. That is the only step. We reply with written confirmation.

We process the cancellation and send written confirmation. Once cancelled, you are not charged again. Cancelling is separate from refunding — if you also want money back, ask for a refund in the same message.

The 60-day guarantee

Within 60 days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund of what you have paid us. Email contact@carnivore-wellness.com with the subject line Refund. We do not require a reason.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

After the guarantee period

Charges billed after the guarantee window are not automatically refundable, but we will still cancel your subscription immediately on request, and we review requests outside the window case by case — including when a charge was made in error, when a subscription was not cancelled after you asked us to, or when someone used your card without permission.

Charges you do not recognise

Our billing descriptor begins with CARNIVOREWELLNESS.COM. If you see it and cannot place it, contact us before disputing with your bank. We can look up the order and resolve it the same day — a bank dispute takes weeks and gives you no faster outcome.
