1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of websites and programs operated by Carnivore Wellness LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us", "our"). This includes carnivore-wellness.com and guthealingmethod.com.

By buying from us or using our sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites.

2. Not medical advice

We publish educational material about nutrition. We are not doctors, dietitians, or any kind of licensed healthcare provider, and nothing we publish is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Speak to a qualified clinician before changing your diet, especially if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or take prescription medication. Never stop or change a prescribed medication because of something you read in our material. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Results vary from person to person. Any account of another customer's experience describes that person's experience and is not a promise of what will happen to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Our programs are sold on a recurring subscription basis. The price, the billing interval, and the date of your next charge are shown on the checkout page before you pay and confirmed by email afterwards.

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on that recurring schedule until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund past charges — see the Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it keeps failing, we may suspend access.
• We may change prices for future billing periods, and will tell you by email before we do.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and includes a 60-day guarantee on your first purchase.

6. Your account and access

Your access is personal to you. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

7. Our content

All material we publish — text, video, images, meal plans, and community content we produce — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy it, resell it, republish it, share your access, or feed it into a system that redistributes it.

8. Community conduct

If your program includes access to a members' community, treat other members decently. We may remove content and revoke access for harassment, spam, impersonation, or giving other members dangerous instructions — for example telling someone to come off prescribed medication.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to our sites or programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its date. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be sent to you by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
