• We never advise anyone to stop, skip, or reduce a prescribed medication. Medication decisions belong exclusively to you and your doctor.
• Individual experiences with any dietary approach vary widely. No outcome is typical, promised, or guaranteed.
• If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Editorial standards

Our educational materials describe dietary approaches, the reasoning behind them, and the state of the research — including its limits.

• We distinguish clearly between established science, emerging research, and individual experience.
• We do not present our programs as a cure, treatment, or replacement for medical care, for any condition.
• Member stories, where shared, describe one person's experience and are never presented as typical or expected results.
• We update materials as research evolves, and we correct errors when they're found.

Advertising standards

We advertise our programs online. Our advertising is required to meet the same bar as our editorial content:

• No claims to cure, treat, or prevent any disease.
• No promises of specific health outcomes or timelines.
• No advice to abandon conventional medical care.
• Pricing and subscription terms disclosed clearly before any payment is taken.

Community standards

Our programs include access to a moderated members' community. To keep it safe:

• Members may share their own experiences, but may not give other members medical advice.
• Content urging anyone to stop prescribed treatment is removed, and repeat offenders lose access.
• Moderators are present, and concerning posts can be reported directly to our team.

Billing standards

• Subscription price and billing interval are displayed on the checkout page before payment, and confirmed by email after it.
• Cancellation is available at any time by a single email, with written confirmation and no retention hoops.
• Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy, applied as written.
